Working Background & Introduction of AIE:-

Ashrafia Group of Institutions, (Run & managed by Usmi Foundation) a minority held NGO driven non profit organization, serving the people of Durg since 1986 onwards with our 1st venture, Madarsa Ashrafia Yateemkhaana (Run & Managed by Madarsa Ashrafia Committee) Muslim minority education promotion wing for deliberating Islamic studies & extra curricular activities with free lodging & boarding facilities by 1992 to its students along with modern school education too via Darululoom Ashrafia (Run & Managed by Madarsa Ashrafia Committee) with mandatory subjects like English, Mathematics, Hindi, Science, Computer (both software & Hardware) & Vocational training programmes since 2001. Endorsed as Ashrafia Institute of Islamic Education & Research/ AIIER (Run & Managed by Madarsa Ashrafia Committee) since 2015 onwards catering & empowering Modern education with traditional Islamic Education.


Then from 1993 onwards our Second wing to cater the Modern educational needs of Society the organization came up with its School education system as Ashrafia Convent School later on known as Ashrafia Public School running successfully both English & Hindi Medium from Play Group, Nursery, LKG, UKG, Class 1 to 12 under Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education, Raipur (C.G.) after this by 2001 onwards ASHRAFIA INSTITUTE OF OPEN & VOCATIONAL STUDIES . Providing classes for School & College students (only Academic) & other time to time vocational trainings & coaching Classes as Ashrafia Coaching Classes along with our Promotional wing Ashrafia Institute for Promotion of Languages working for promotion, conservation & development of languages like Urdu, Arabic, Farsi, etc. in collaboration withNational Council for promotion of Urdu Language, Under Ministry of Human Resource & Development, Govt. of India, New Delhi with Courses Like :-

  • Diploma in Urdu Language - 1 year Course,
  • Certificate in Arabic Language -1 year Course
  • Diploma in Functional Arabic Language - 2 years

Their after from 2003 onwards Computer Education a well-known name in Computer & Technical Education today with a number of object & Job oriented Diploma & Certificate courses under Technical collaboration with several national level renowned organizations,ISO 9001:2008 certified organization Registered by Govt.of India & Govt. of C.G. & Approved by the Govt. of C.G. for registration in Employment Exchange , along with free study course Material & 100% job oriented along with a Unique Computer Education promotion scheme Rashtriya Sarva Computer Shiksha Abhiyan .

And from Session 2006 onwards special Women & welfare Unit of Our USMI FOUNDATION (REGD.) (Special Women welfare wing of Ashrafia) namely AISHA ACADEMY (A CHAIN OF WOMEN & CHILD WELFARE CENTRE'S) have been established in various Slump & undeveloped areas to promote & enlighten healthy & meaningful education to needy people. AISHA ACADEMY work as complete Education centre with emphasis on expansion of School, Coaching, Arts & Computer Education, with a Special Wing for upliftment program especially designed for Child & Women Development. In due span of time USMI FOUNDATION has launched his comprehensive women welfare scheme Suchna Shakti Swalamban Yojana in 2008 under which more than 300 Sisters got benefited.

Then in 2010 the Ashrafia Group of Institutions get on to get registered as a Community College under IGNOU Community College Convergence scheme and got registered as a Community College in December 2010 as ASHRAFIA-IGNOU Community College and the college came up with more than 36 Programmes consisting of Certificate, Diploma & Associate Degree Programmes.

Currently working area has been elongated with overwhelming support from Civil lines, Durg to whole C.G. within a span of 03 years, & till today working pan India that's because of love & affection of Students, staff members & you. Along all this activities today ASHRAFIA has emerged as a complete education hub with a initiative that is P.G. to P.G. (Play group to Post Graduate) as a result of our latest Degree & PG courses from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Karnataka State Open University & others by Ashrafia Institute of IT & Management and Ashrafia Institute of Open & Vocational Studies.
